Cloudy Mothers Day on The Second sunday in May.. We went to Kanteen for brunch, cool place right beside the yarrariver. I decided to have a bowl of warm black sticky rice with  apple and strawberry, my other two friends ordered beef pide and special for lunch of the day lamb curry thai with side of rice and pita bread (which was not quite a brunch i think! more like a lunch..). Won't forget the yummy hot chocolate...

Went to Crown to try their special deal for the season, a porterhouse steak and a mereton bay bug (Like a super mini lobster 'i guess') with side dish depend which resto do you go to, if you go to western restaurant they have chips and salad for the side dish, if you go to asian restaurant in crown  they might have rice and vegetables for the sides. All only $19.90!!

We came to Thai taste quite regularly, i think their signature dish is giant roast pork shank, and all their food are tasty with reasonable price. Never forget to order Thai tea for the drink.

We going to Lake Entrance and before we start our trip we thought we have to eat something and our Special guest 'Ardi' suggest this place to us its near by the shout yarra station. We waited for a while before the food came out because it was right on Good friday, they only have 2 people working and we were like 10 of us that day.. haha...

Dessert Lovers or Macaroon Lovers Must try! Great for late afternoon coffee and dessert. We tried giant raspberry, giant chocolate macaroon, and they have coffee with cake of the day deal which the cake was vanilla tart with berries on top.

Cafe Vue at corner of St. Kilda rd and Toorak rd. They only do brunch until 12 midday, the interior is very nice and first thing caught our eyes was the dessert display fridge, the way they arrange the cakes and macaroon.. yumm.. all looks good. The breakfast not bad, more kinda normal breakfast with beacon n eegs with toast, or big breakfast.

Hooked, Chapel st for lunch. It has been a few times i came to this Fish and chips place, all the food are freshly made. 

Capital Kitchen @ Chadstone

Friday nite dinner in Capital Kitchen, Chadstone Mall. The food was Ok, the coffee and dessert was amazing and the service was good too. i recommend this place for late afternoon coffee and snacking time, not for dinner.. The food price was quite expensive with a small portion of food. Love the salmon pizza..
